It's standing in the higher Cantone once called "Arredo" and tili 1638 named "Pasque". (All over the Ossola the term "pasque" meant the enclosure where the livestock in transit was gathered).
The Oratory was built between 1618 and 1638 and was rebuiit between 1700 and 1707 and eniarged and decorated by the painter C. Baranzelli in 1926.
